I think that I would crop the signs at the top.....and that would enhance the way the wires at the right direct the eye to the main subject.

well the eye is so well lead towards the subject by the wires... AND the frames..
TOP MARKS just for the compostion... MAYBE comparing both images this & other without the name would give U an IDEA which looks better.. FOR me the TOP sign doesn't work. cause it is bright & eye has an tendency to look for the brightest part of the photo first. IF removed the wires become the brightest in this photo. With the closest one being the most bright..
BUT then it could always be a matter of choice.

Intriguing shot with a neat persepective. Even neater is that instead of the top of a scarffed woman's head, I thought it was a person in a tweed coat hunched over with the head and neck missing! The eye will play tricks won't it?
